12:30 PM - 1:30 PM    Eccentrics- Aging Backwards-  Release Rebalance Restore Workout - Essentrics Aging Backwards- March- In Person- Cooper Center
  Essentrics Whole Body Workout Come for a slow, dynamic, age reversing workout to release tight muscles and joints, create flexibility, relieve pain, and prevent injury.  When originally created by Miranda Esmonde-White, it was called Classical Stretch® for PBS TV.  The movements are drawn from Tai chi, Yoga, Ballet, Pilates, and Physiotherapy.  This mindful workout, with low repetitions and a huge variety of movement, is good for bone strength, abdominal strength, posture, alignment, balance, including every muscle and joint.  Each class is accompanied by an enjoyable music playlist.  Bring your yoga mat and drinking water.    Leah became a Muscular Therapist in 1994 specializing in relaxation, sports massage and injury prevention. One hour yoga class for any student, regardless of their experience with yoga. These classes will focus on healthy movement, stretching and strengthening.Your Instructor - Karen Fabian is a Yoga teacher, Podcast host, Author, and Founder of Bare Bones Yoga (www.barebonesyoga.com) with a background in Rehabilitative Medicine and healthcare. She integrates her deep knowledge of anatomy and movement into her teaching, including her signature program, the Yoga Anatomy Blueprint Learning Program, where she trains teachers all over the world.
