Essentrics Whole Body Workout
Come for a slow, dynamic, age reversing workout to release tight muscles and joints, create flexibility, relieve pain, and prevent injury. When originally created by Miranda Esmonde-White, it was called Classical Stretch® for PBS TV. The movements are drawn from Tai chi, Yoga, Ballet, Pilates, and Physiotherapy. This mindful workout, with low repetitions and a huge variety of movement, is good for bone strength, abdominal strength, posture, alignment, balance, including every muscle and joint. Each class is accompanied by an enjoyable music playlist. Bring your yoga mat and drinking water.
