Multi - SportsViking's Newton Multi-Sport vacaiton program is a fun variety of sports including soccer, basketball, flag football, dodgeball, kickball, capture the flag, floor hockey, team handball, watermelon, reindeer tails and many other sports, gym games and activities. Our goal for every camper is to make sure they have the most fun ever in a safe environment. Just lots of sports, games running around and tons of fun!

Two different courts with many opportunities! Pickleball is an entertaining mix of tennis, badminton, and ping pong.   A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels.  It's fast paced, easy to learn, great exercise and lots of fun!  Lower Falls Community Center- 545 Grove StreetChoose as many or few time slots as you like. Each time slot is opened to 8 participants and is $6.00  Age group 45 and up.  PICKLEBALL LESSONSLevel 1: New to the game/beginners Lesson:For players who have played very little or not at all. You will learn about the rules, how to keep score, serving, volleys, serves & return of serve. 30 minutes of each session you will have match play and critiqued, helpful suggestions will be given to play the game.Level 2A: Low/beyond beginners Lesson:(2.0 Level). Players looking to learn and improve serving (classic and new styles), Learn proper volleys, serves & return of Serve. We will break them down into easy to learn steps for you to grasp them. 30 minutes of each session you will have match play and critiqued, helpful suggestions will be given to improve your game.Level 2B: Intermediate Lesson: (2.5-2.75 Level). Players looking to improve serving and placing the ball. Improve volleys, serves & return of Serve. We will break down the mechanics into easy steps for you to be consistent. 30 minutes of each session you will have match play and critiqued, helpful suggestions will be given to improve your game.Level 3: Gets most of serves “in” Able to serve and return serve deep consistently. Hits to the weak side of opponent often. Working with the Revs, Viking Sports has created a soccer curriculum that blends our brand of fun and the Revolution’s skill development expertise. During the season, we teach tomorrow’s emerging stars age appropriate skills that develop dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting. Our areas of primary focus are teamwork, general awareness, gross motor development, and reinforcement of fundamental play. We incorporate fun skills games to help build up confidence, listening skills, and coordination for all students in class during each session. Our coaches are excellent at incorporating all levels of skill and make sure all children in each class receive an equal amount of attention and that all children are engaged in every class.Your child’s early exposure to the sport should give them an edge up on the competition. All players receive a Viking Sports T-shirt!What are "Advanced Clinics"?Viking's Advanced Sports Clinics are designed for players who are not beginners and already have a basic understanding of the sport.

Please note that there will be NO clinics on 5/25 & 5/26, 2024Basketball offerings on Sunday's for ages 4 - 12.Viking’s youth basketball clinics introduce players to the basic skills of dribbling, passing and shooting during the first half of the class, followed by a fun scrimmage during the second half; age adjusted rules and lower hoops are used as necessary. Emphasis is on fun and learning. Each class will try to focus on different aspects of gameplay, building players toward a complete understanding of the game. Repetition and overlap of drills are utilized to give all players adequate practice.
