Gath Pool Swim Lessons 2026 - Week 1, Level 1 @ 9:00am Summer Sessions Offered: Each session is a one-week program. Students will attend a 35 minute class each day Monday through Friday. Lessons run rain or shine. Pool only closes for thunder or lightening. NEW for 2026: We are offering one-week sessions to for flexibility in your families busy summer schedule.Session 1: June 29 to July 3Session 2: July 6 to July 10Session 3: July 13 to July 17Session 4: July 20 to July 24Session 5: July 27 to July 31Session 6: August 3 to August 7Session 7: August 10 to August 14Session 8 TBD based on staff availability. Session Registration Fee:Resident Preschool Classes: $115Resident Levels 1 thru 6 Classes: $100Non Residents: $150All swim lesson participants ages 6 & older must have a summer pool membership. This will be purchased online. You will need to pick up your scan tag at your first visit to the pool. This is a separate one time purchase per summer. Once you register for your swim lessons, you can purchase the membership under the "memberships" section. Preschool age swimmers (5 and under) do not need a pool membership so the lesson registration fee is slightly higher. About the Program:The Swim Lessons Program will be taught by the pool swim instruction staff. The lesson will follow an American Red Cross curriculum, adjusted to each class as necessary. The Learn-to-Swim program focuses on building skills one step at a time. By giving them the opportunity to master one element before moving on to the next, our kids' swim classes make it easy to build confidence in the water. Parks & Recreation Refund Policy:Programs cancelled 30 or more days before the program start date will receive a refund minus an administration fee. The administration fee is 5% of the program cost. Once the session has started, there are no refunds or credits given. There are no makeup classes for students who do not attend their scheduled lesson. Children who are not fully toilet trained must have a swim diaper and a rubber diaper to prevent fecal accidents causing the pool to close.

Once the session has started, there are no refunds or credits given. There are no makeup classes for students who do not attend their scheduled lesson. Children who are not fully toilet trained must have a swim diaper and a rubber diaper to prevent fecal accidents causing the pool to close.
