We Grow Microgreens, LLC, is a small commercial urban farm. It specializes in growing highly nutritious microgreens, edible flowers, tea leaves, medicinal plants, tropical fruits and herbs using sustainable and regenerative growing practices. The farm is energy and water-conserving growing predominantly with natural sunlight making for happier plants.

All of our products are crafted by Despina Agapidou. Despina grew up in Akropotamos, a small village about 45km Northwest of Thessaloniki or Salonica, the second largest city in Greece. In 2004, she emigrated to the United States with her family. Despina has always been passionate about creating pasties and other traditional Greek foods. Flourhouse Bakery

  Flourhouse Bakery opened in October 2021 taking over the space that was once Magni Bakery that opened 1927. Flourhouse opened with the initial goal to expand on our initial signature baked good; our English muffins by utilizing local and artisanal ingredients to create and innovate unique baked goods. Flourhouse Bakery is now producing a variety of baked goods including specialty croissants, cookies, brownies and an assortment of breads.

Petsi Pies (pronounced "peet-see") is an independent, community-minded bakery. Owner Jill Remby purchased the business in 2021 from founder Renee "Petsi" McLeod, who grew up baking pies in her grandmother's kitchen. Before owning the bakery, Jill worked at Petsi Pies for five years as a pastry chef, bookkeeper, and operations manager. From her first day working at Petsi, she felt at home recognizing its uniqueness and shared values with Renee regarding making food and engaging with people.
