Spring Preview Farmers’ Market Vendor Registration

Before registering please read Rules & Regulations
Once an application is approved by the Market Manager you will be required to submit the following: payment, Liability Insurance with the City of Newton, 1000 Commonwealth Ave. Newton, MA 02459 listed as an additional certificate holder and, if required, a Seasonal Food Permit from the City of Newton Health Department.
Newton Food/Propane Permits
Vendors are responsible for determining whether their products require a permit from the Newton Health & Human Services Department. Any vendor selling, sampling, preparing, or handling food products must comply with all applicable local and state regulations and obtain required permits prior to the event. All food permit holders must be in compliance with the MA State regulations 105 CMR 590.00.

To complete this application, you will need the following:
- Proposed food menu
- Food preparation plans
- Food Manager Certificate
- Allergy Awareness Certificate
- Contact Information for Person-In-Charge during event
- Fire Permit, if using propane
- Wholesalers/Catering license, if applicable
