Programs for Kids Ages 6 - 10: Building Confidence, Discipline, Fitness and Respect
Our Kids Martial Arts Program is designed to introduce children (ages 6–10) to the fundamentals of martial arts in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Through a blend of traditional martial arts techniques, games, and interactive activities, kids will develop essential life skills while improving their physical fitness.

Programs for Juniors Ages 11 - 17: Advancing Skills, Building Leaders
Our Juniors Martial Arts Program is specifically designed for teens and pre-teens (ages 11–17). This program builds discipline, respect, and physical skills while introducing more advanced techniques, sparring, and leadership development. Students will be challenged to push their limits, set, and achieve personal goals, and develop the confidence to excel both on and off the mat.

Our Adults Martial Arts Program is designed for individuals aged 18 and above who seek a challenging, results-driven workout that combines the discipline of martial arts with high-intensity training. Our program offers personalized instruction and progressive drills tailored to your physical abilities and fitness goals. Program Details For All Programs
- Attire: Please note that martial arts uniform are not required for beginner programs, but will be required for intermediate and advanced levels. Participants in beginner programs should wear comfortable clothing including pants and a shirt (please no shorts or tank tops).
- Equipment: Protective gear for sparring (when scheduled) will be provided.
- Belt System: Students progress from beginner through advanced belt ranks, celebrating achievements and setting new goals.
- All Fitness Levels Welcome: From beginners to advanced athletes, our program is designed to meet you where you are and push you to new heights.
About the Instructor:
Head Instructor Ravi brings a unique blend of technical expertise and martial arts mastery to his teaching. With an M.S. in Civil Engineering and over 23 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering, he has been actively involved with professional engineering organizations throughout his career. Since his early twenties, Ravi has dedicated himself to the study and practice of martial arts, accumulating more than 15 years of experience teaching both kids and adults.
As a 3rd degree black belt instructor certified by the New England Martial Arts Center and a certified Qi Gong instructor from the New England School of Tai Chi, Ravi’s passion for martial arts inspired him to transition from engineering to founding martial arts centers in Wellesley and Acton. Beyond his teaching and coaching, he stays active through badminton, tennis, hiking, pickleball, and swimming, and cherishes time spent with family and friends. His diverse background and commitment to personal growth make him a dynamic and inspiring instructor.
