Boxing Fitness and Technique

 One Hour Fun Boxing Fitness Class

We use boxing to focus on improving footwork, hand eye coordination, balance and cardio!   Each class will focus on 5-10 minutes high intensity warm up, balance/yoga drills, footwork/boxing technique drills, pad work with instructor, partner drills with classmates. Finish with a fully body burn out on abs.
