Adult Beginners (Basic Level) Introduction & Fundamentals
Goal: Learn the fundamentals — serve, return, scoring, positioning, and etiquette.


 Adult Intermediate (Skill Refinement & Strategy) Serve & 3rd Shot Mastery
Goal: Improve control, placement, and tactical understanding for doubles play.

Self-Assessment & Physical Mobility

Pickleball is a fun and inclusive activity, but it may not be suitable for everyone. Participants are encouraged to honestly assess their own physical abilities before playing.  Players should consider their balance and stability-ability to move quickly and change direction -Health and overall mobility- Current injuries or medical conditions

If you have concerns about your physical readiness, it is recommended that you consult with a healthcare provider before participating.
