Knucklebones: Active Play & Sports
Knucklebones offers engaging, movement-based programs that introduce kids to sports, games, and creative physical activities. Their classes are designed to build coordination, balance, and motor skills while fostering confidence, teamwork, and social interaction.
Using a variety of fun equipment and imaginative activities, Knucklebones encourages children to explore, move, and play in a supportive, safe environment—all with an emphasis on joy, choice, and learning through play.

Micro Sport
This class is not your average sports class! Knucklebones' combines athletic fundamentals, creative movement, gross motor skills and fun. Using an array of unique equipment and creative learning, participants will focus on a new sport every class; learning fundamentals and techniques to set the groundwork for future fun. From soccer to basketball, hockey to Tball, we'll also throw in some outside the box sports like obstacle courses, Messy Backyard and American Ninja Warrior…for the love of play!

Micro Basketball
Lil Ninja: Does your child love to run, jump, climb and tumble? Then Knucklebones play on American Ninja Warrior is the perfect class. Each week your child will participate in stretching, elements, obstacles and games to help gross motor skills, fitness and fun. From climbing up an A-Frame to walking on balance beams, tumbling on mats to crossing "volcanos" - your child is sure to have a blast!

Knucklebones' Playspace
Knucklebones' Playspace creates an open playspace using high quality, unique equipment. From scarves to a ball, soft climbers, tunnels, Build n Balance, KidFit Ellipticals Machines, pool noodles and more; your child will have a blast exploring new items and moving their body. We'll also encourage social development by leading a group activity...for the love the play!
