It's simply a matter of learning the right techniques and practicing regularly. In this beginner-friendly course, you'll learn the fundamentals of meditation, starting with the simple yet powerful practice of grounding yourself with your breath. We'll explore the concept of the "monkey mind" and discover practical techniques to quiet racing thoughts, allowing you to find stillness within.

- Week 1: Foundations of Meditation: We'll begin with an introduction to mindful breathing, including counting the breath and guided group meditation.

An avid meditator for years and certified to teach meditation by the Boston Buddha, Angela is passionate about sharing the positive impact of this practice. She brings a wealth of experience in promoting wellness, having taught Spin and Zumba in Newton and completed multiple marathons, including the Boston Marathon.
