Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Newton's festivals and fairs. These events are a great opportunity for businesses to engage with our community and for artisans to sell their works. This application is for handmade arts & crafts, sand art, business & educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.
Food vendors DO NOT apply on this portal. More information will be coming soon on how to apply. Email us at events@newtonma.gov to be placed on a list for that communication.
Fees are based on a 10 X 10 weighted canopy (for outdoor events) which is considered a single space. If more than one space is required, contact the Community Events team for approval and fee structure.
THERE ARE NO FEE REFUNDS - UNLESS THE APPLICATION IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Newton SpringFest | Saturday, May 16, 2026 10am - 4pm
(Registration Deadline: April 26, 2026)
This year SpringFest (formerly known as “Family FunFEST”) has expanded the festival audience for broader selection of vendors. This one-day event is held at the War Memorial Circle at Newton City Hall on Saturday May 16 starting at 10am with a full day of entertainment and a celebration of art for all ages, including live music, dance performances, a community art project, public art walk unveiling the Project SHINE student mural boards, craft & vendor booths, a carnival with kiddie rides and games, and more! Vendors wrap-up at 4:00, the carnival continues until 6.
July 4th Open Air Market | Saturday, July 4, 2026 1pm - Dusk
(Registration Deadline: June 13, 2026)
The festivities begin at 1pm on Albemarle Field and include a carnival featuring kiddie amusement rides and games by Cushing Amusements, live musical entertainment at the gazebo, live entertainment at the main stage beginning at 6pm with and food trucks and a spectacular fireworks display at dark.
Newton Harvest Fair | Sunday, October 18, 2026 11am - 5pm
(Registration Deadline: September 27, 2026)
This fall festival features a full carnival with kiddie rides and games, two live music stages, food trucks and pumpkin decorating. This event draws over 3,000 people from surrounding communities.
Notes on registering
Before registering please read Exhibitor Rules linked below. You are required to submit a completed application and payment of the appropriate booth space for your business, as well as a signed liability waiver.
If you are registering as a non-profit organizations, you will be asked to upload proof of non-profit status.
There is a late registration fee of $25 for registrations after the deadline. This only applies if you are accepted to the fair.
NO REFUNDS. Exclusion: applicants not accepted to the event - your fee will be returned in this case.
