Eccentric Express Classes
The Eccentrics Chair / Barre 30 minute series
is a seated and barre workout focusing on slow mindful movement for
spine and joint mobility, balance, core, leg and arm strength as well as flexibility.
The movements are drawn from Yoga, Ballet, Pilates, and Physio-therapy.
Each class is accompanied by a unique, enjoyable music playlist.
Participants will need a hard chair with no arms or wheels and a flex band.
The Eccentrics Mat 30 minute series
is a slow spinal, core, strength and flexibility workout done kneeling, lying and seated.
Receive guidance for safely getting down and up from the floor and the other positions.
The movements are drawn from Pilates, Yoga, and Physio-therapy.
Each class is accompanied by a unique, enjoyable music playlist.
Participants will need a thick yoga mat, knee pad, and flex band.
The Eccentrics Standing 30 minute series
is a moderately paced workout of multi directional movements
for strength, flexibility, balance, core, posture, alignment, and
circulation that conditions all joints, muscles and connective tissue.
The movements are drawn from Thai-chi, Ballet, Pilates, Yoga, and Physio-therapy.
Each class is accompanied by a unique, enjoyable music playlist.
Participants will need a yoga mat or sticky socks to keep feet from sliding.

NEW MONDAY NIGHT CLASS
Monday 30 minute Standing Eccentric Workout followed by 15 minutes of Relaxation
is a moderately paced workout of multi directional movements
for strength, flexibility, balance, core, posture, alignment, and
circulation that condition all joints, muscles and connective tissue.
The movements are drawn from Ballet, Tai-chi, Pilates, Yoga, and Physio-therapy.
Each class is accompanied by a unique, enjoyable music playlist.
Participants will need a yoga mat or sticky socks to keep feet from sliding.
Following the workout, enjoy 15 minutes of guided relaxation.
Connect your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable for best viewing.
The instructor, Leah Becker, also a senior, has been teaching since 2000.
She trained with Miranda Esmonde White, Essentrics originator,
She is a Stott Pilates mat instructor, Svaroopa Restorative Yoga Teacher,
a MELT Method Body Rolling instructor, practicing meditation over 50 years.
