The Monday Eccentrics 45 minute series
is a moderately paced standing workout for 30 minutes followed by
15 minutes of relaxation that include restorative yoga poses all done to music.
The multi directional movements improve strength, flexibility, balance, core,
posture, alignment, and circulation that condition all joints, muscles and connective tissue. The movements are drawn from Tai-chi, Ballet, Pilates, Yoga, and Physiotherapy.
