Power Hour- Full Body Band Workout
Learn how to strengthen major muscle groups using resistance bands and your own body
weight. Stronger muscles help build bone density, increase metabolism, and create ease in daily  performance!

We’ll combine seated and standing exercises to improve muscle power and definition.
Join us to THRIVE in our 50’s and beyond!

Suzanne Horgan is a nationally certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and groups achieve their fitness goals. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a Master’s degree from Boston University.

In addition to her certification, Suzanne has specializations in Weight Management, Interval Training, Fall Prevention, Senior Fitness, and Functional Exercise

We pro-rate classes! - Try the first class for FREE! 

We will pro-rate the class to accommodate your schedule.  To pro-rate a class you  need to call the office at 617-796-1506

  Bands are provided.
 
 You do  not need to bring anything but please wear comfortable clothing.
