The Camp Echo Bridge Counselor in Training Leadership Initiative is designed for individuals ages 13-16 years old entering 8th grade to 11th grade. This is a great program for individuals who may feel they are too old to be a camper but not old enough or experienced enough to be a counselor. This is an apprenticeship program where participants learn by doing. CIT'S will have daily leadership training sessions and work directly with the campers and staff.
Two 2-week sessions are available for NEW CIT'S.
Two 3-week sessions are available for RETURNING CIT'S.
A returning CIT is a person that was a CIT in 2023 at Camp Echo Bridge.
A NEW CIT has never been a CIT at Camp Echo Bridge.
ALL CIT'S can sign up for only one session (no exceptions).
There is a $60.00 non refundable deposit due per session
