Beginner Cardio Drum
Saturdays, 11:15am - 12 noon
Join us in this fun-filled cardio workout where we drum on a stability ball to lively music using easy to follow choreographed moves! This activity tones muscles, burns calories, and puts a smile on your face!
The first 30 minutes will be entirely seated drumming. The following 15 minutes will focus on balance and core work with the stability ball. All necessary equipment provided.
Bring a water bottle, towel, and ENTHUSIASM!!
