Let's Get to Work - Job Workshops for Teens

Newton Youth Services is partnering with Newton Park Recreation & Culture to offer an employment focused workshops for teens ages 14 - 18 in preparation for summer and post high school employment and internship opportunities.  

This workshop is offered to Newton residents and students enrolled at Newton Public Schools.  Pre-registration is required for the free workshop.  Space is limited.  Please register early.  If you do register and find you can no longer attend, please email Channon Ames at cames@newtonma.gov so your spot can be opened up to another participant. 

Located at Newton South High School in the Athletic Complex.

- preparing for an interview
Please bring your current resume and cover letter to review.  If you don't have a resume, please bring a list of work or job related experiences, awards, activities or skills that you have that you can use to create a resume.
