Newton Craft Fairs Vendor Application 2023

This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

Newton hosts several events and craft fairs throughout the year. These events are a great opportunity for artists, makers, and crafters to sell their works. This application is for handmade crafts, sand art, face painting, business & educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and food vendors (HARVEST FAIR ONLY). Fees are based on a 10 X 10 weighted canopy which is considered a single space, if more than one space is required contact the Cultural Development office for approval and fee structure. You can submit your application for the following:

Family FunFEST | Saturday, May 13, 2023
(Registration Deadline: April 30, 2023)
NOTE: All interested vendors must be family and child appropriate.

July 4th Open Air Market | Tuesday, July 4, 2023
(Registration Deadline: June 18, 2023)
We are not accepting face painting, henna, or sand art vendors currently because we don't want vendors get too much competition for one kind of products, but you can ask us to put you on a wait list. And also, signing up our newsletter: https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/su/1Qq282q will keep you updated about our events and future opportunities
NOTE: All interested FOOD VENDORS must email gordon.doug4@gmail.com. Put “Newton July 4th Food Vendor” in the subject line and give a short description of your product offering.
