Before registering please read Rules & Regulations/Federal Laws.
Once an application is approved by the Market Manager you will be required to submit the following: payment, a W9 Form, Liability Insurance with the City of Newton, 1000 Commonwealth Ave. Newton, MA 02459 listed, as an additional certificate holder and if required, a Seasonal Food Permit from the City of Newton Health Department.
