Core Sculpting Improves Stability
This class is way more than just sit ups. The core, which is directly related to good balance, consists of the abs, sides and lower back.
This 45 minute class focuses on strengthening of the core. This entire class will consist of exercises lying on your back, sides, stomach, and on hands and knees.
It is a 5 min warm up, 35 mins of core work, then a 5,min stretch.

In order to have the best possible experience, we have created a Zoom Link Policy.
Zoom links are email to current participants two weeks before the start of class. We follow a policy of a sign-up deadline, email the Zoom link and then check to make sure everyone has received it.
