Learn Pilates core strengthening exercises for the first time or brush up your skills in an easy going atmosphere. Pilates improves posture, balance, core and whole body strength, flexibility, ability to focus, and mind body connection. In this class we slow down, take the exercises apart, offer modifications, make sure your questions and obstacles are addressed.
This is not your typical Pilates workout class. This is an interactive class for those who want to be able to talk to the instructor during the class to better understand the exercises, practice the exercises, and get instructor feedback. Exercises are done on the floor on a thick Pilates mat or 2 thin yoga mats.
