Whether you are brand new to yoga or have a regular practice, join us to stretch, strengthen, meditate, learn, explore, breath, play,relax, rejoice and renew every Friday on your mat with Barbara Perlo. Barbara has been teaching yoga throughout the Boston area for a decade and is known for sharing yoga in a playful, exploratory and relaxing manner.
You will be taught traditional asanas and offered modifications along the way. We will link asanas as we flex and extend both our brains and bodies.
This class is taught in a judgment free zone, you may enjoy this workout, this practice is addictive. Barbara has been told she has a healthy laugh!
