February Special Event Camp at Lower Falls

For children in grades K - 6.  It's like summer camp in the winter.  Enjoy a variety of activities including sports, arts and crafts, inside games and more.  Each day features a fun special event.  Sign up by day or for all 4 days.  

Special Events Include:

2/18: Martial Arts Workshop
Join us for some fun as we learn the basics of Martial Arts! We’ll have 4 Time World Champion Steve Nugent here to work with everyone on the basics of stretching, balance, blocks, punching, kicking and self-defense. The class is fun but also stresses the importance of discipline and self-control. This is sure to be a fun class for everyone!

2/19: Drive in Movie and Stuffing Station
Bring your own box or use one of ours to create a drive in movie car.  Once your car is complete, head over to our stuffing station and pick a teddy bear friend and make it your own with stuffing infused with special friend qualities.  Then get ready to watch a Drive In movie with your special friend. 

2/20: DJ Dance Party
DJ Mike Pride is back for his one of a kind dance party.  Learn the latest dance moves and some old favorites like the Macarena, Cotton Eyed Joe and Cha Cha slide and play fun games like Coke and Pepsi, Limbo and more.

2/21: Museum of Science Rockets
Create an air rocket that launches across the room and engineer a way for a payload to return safely to Earth. This hands-on workshop explores the science behind rockets and space exploration. Use your imagination to plan, build, and test your own design.  Allergy Note: this program involves latex
