Over 55 Pilates Register View Cart

Pilates: Combination beginner to intermediate Pilates and stretch class.  Ten-week sessions are offered throughout the year on Tuesday evenings from 5-6 PM on Zoom. 

This class is designed for individuals 55 and over. Students will learn some of the basic principles of Pilates, exciting new ways to build strength and effective stretching techniques to improve flexibility.
