Pilates: Combination beginner Pilates and stretch class.  Ten-week sessions are offered throughout the year on Tuesday evenings from 6:15-7:15 PM at the Newton Lower Falls Community Center (541 Grove Street, Newton.) This class is designed for individuals 55 and over. Students will learn some of the basic principles of Pilates, exciting new ways to build strength and effective stretching techniques to improve


flexibility.
