To participate in the Roller Recovery series you will need the following equipment.  This equipment is affordable, invaluable and will last.  

1) soft foam roller ($37.95 + shipping - 

2) tennis ball 

3) set of small balls ($28.95 + shipping - 

4) flex band, yoga strap, or bathrobe belt
