Body Rolling, taught by Leah Becker, a massage therapist for 30 years and a senior, says...
"I teach Body Rolling because it consistently helps me relieve pain, relax and do everything I want to do."
If you are recovering from an injury or a surgery, or just want to feel better, try this small personalized interactive class for learning how to improve and maintain your connective tissue. Fascia supports everything in our body and if maintained allows us to feel great and move easily doing what we love. In this series we use a soft roller and balls. Use these tools and techniques to gain energy, strength, flexibility and balance. Relieve muscle pain and stress for relaxing your body. Equipment listed below.
Leah is a practicing Massage Therapist since 1994 specializing in relaxation, sports massage and injury prevention. She has been teaching weekly Self Massage classes since 2013. She is also a certified Pilates mat instructor since 2000, a Restorative Yoga teacher since 2009, and also a Level 4 Essentrics instructor.
What people are saying about this class! "I find that over the year and a half that I have been taking the class just about every week, I have learned a lot…specifically and also generally. I know many of the techniques and routines we learned, have developed an intuitive sense of how to address certain areas, and have been using the roller and balls more frequently. So, thanks for your passion, as you called it, to learn all you can about the body and how to treat it naturally, and for passing that on." Jane A.
In the Body Rolling series we use the following equipment because it's very effective. It's also high quality and will last!
