Many of the aches and pains associated with aging can be relieved without medication.  This personalized interactive class can show you how to do that.  Fascia supports everything in our body and if maintained allows us to feel great and move easily doing what we love.  The Body Rolling tools and techniques can improve energy, strength, flexibility, balance, relieve muscle pain and relax your body.  Wear fitted (not loose) stretchy clothes and bring drinking water.  Equipment will be provided for the Cooper Center classes.  Leah will loan or help you purchase equipment for Zoom classes.

Leah is a practicing Massage Therapist since 1994 specializing in relaxation, sports massage and injury prevention. She trained in the MELT Method with originator, Sue Hitzmann, teaching the techniques since 2013. She is also a certified Pilates mat instructor since 2000, a Restorative Yoga teacher since 2009, and a Level 4 Essentrics instructor teaching since 2016.

What people are saying about this class!  "I find that over the year and a half that I have been taking the class just about every week, I have learned a lot…specifically and also generally.  I know many of the techniques and routines we learned, have developed an intuitive sense of how to address certain areas, and have been using the roller and balls more frequently.  So, thanks for your passion, as you called it, to learn all you can about the body and how to treat it naturally, and for passing that on."  Jane A.
