Punch it up with fitness boxing! Box Steady is an adapted version of the sport that can help improve your strength, endurance and balance.  You do not get into a ring or take any punches. Fitness boxing has adapted the movements of the sport into exercise routines. This program is designed for people over the age of fifty.
