At any age, you can see improvement in your strength, balance, stamina and flexibility. The main objective of this class will be to increase these variables, which will improve your overall functional fitness. These gentle movements are inspired by elements of Tai Chi, yoga and balance. Seated or standing, every exercise can be modified to fit your needs! What people are saying about class! PLEASE NOTE THE FALL CLASSES ARE HYBRID. YOU MAY CHOOSE EITHER ZOOM OR IN PERSON. IN PERSON CLASS WILL BE HELD AT THE ALBEMARLE FIELD HOUSE. WE WILL SEND ZOOM LINKS TO ALL STUDENTS.

In order to have the best possible experience, we have created a Zoom Link Policy.
Zoom links are email to current participants two weeks before the start of class. We follow a policy of a sign-up deadline, email the Zoom link and then check to make sure everyone has received it.
New students are encouraged to sign up at anytime during the session, however it is best to call so we can pro-rate the class and send the link. New students are always welcome to try the first class for free. Please call 617-796-1506
