At any age, you can see improvement in your strength, balance, stamina and flexibility. The main objective of this class will be to increase these variables, which will improve your overall functional fitness. These gentle movements are inspired by elements of Tai Chi, yoga and balance. Seated or standing, every exercise can be modified to fit your needs!
