Join this class if you want to develop healthy circulation, improved balance, and greater mental focus and clarity.  We will learn the first 5 movements of a simple-to-learn tai chi form, paying special attention to both stability and flow throughout each movement.  The class will run for an hour and 15 minutes, in which the last portion willinclude Qi Gong exercises to cultivate energetic sensitivity in the hands, healthy breathing practices, and the cultivation of a calm, relaxed mind.

What People are saying about this class;

My experience in this class, the first of the series and the first one I’ve ever taken with Susan S. was:

After an hour of slow, fluid, repeated movements and awareness of breath, which Susan guided us through visually and with her words, I was surprised to find as I sat down that I could feel waves of energy coursing gently through my body, and my breathing.
It was very powerful.  I felt centered and open and connected to my whole body.
I look forward to the next class!
